The first aid courses we conduct are exclusively practical courses. We focus on exercises, simulations and simulations of incidents. We also train teamwork, communication, and stress minimization.

The first aid courses and first aid training we provide are always a full-scale training providing the participant with comprehensive knowledge and skills.
Main objective, what is our focus?
When teaching first aid to our trainees, we focus mainly on practical skills training, which accounts for 80% of each meeting.
We also practise soft aspects such as team cooperation, communication with the victim, the environment and the emergency services. By participating in comprehensive training, we also learn to minimise stress, which makes it much easier to navigate rescue algorithms.
The core curriculum for first aid training or a first aid course is always based on the latest standards and guidelines according to which we work with patients on a day-to-day basis; above all, it is based on our many years of experience in emergency teams or emergency department structures.
By completing the first aid course or first aid training, the participant will be able to, among other things:
Assess the condition of a person in need of help, call for help correctly (medical servicess, emergency numbers) perform the recovery position correctly, assess basic vital signs, perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), use an AED defibrillator, properly deal with choking, treat fractures, dislocations, sprains, injuries, hemorrhages, deal with selected emergencies. These are just selected aspects that trainees will take away from training with our medical team.
First aid course training program.
The course program is built individually each time, depending on the company’s business profile. We never train in a template and always adapt to the needs of our client. We provide first aid courses in basic and extended versions. Below we present an example course program. The course time is determined individually depending on the number of employees and the course/version program. The standard time of the training presented below is up to 8 clock hours.

Certificate of course completion.
After completing the first aid training (first aid course), each participant receives a personal certificate of completion of the course in both polish and english versions. The certificate bears an individual registration number. The certificate includes, among other things, information about the type of first aid training received, the program list of the course and the time.
Students completing the first aid course also receive all necessary educational materials in english, access to an online educational knowledge base (in english).
